Discmania Store Europe Holiday Break

It's that time of the year again to close our doors for a brief period and rewind our clocks for a short while. Discmania Store Europe staff will be out of the office beginning Friday December 23 afternoon and will return on Monday January 2nd, ready and refreshed to ship orders.

**Mystery box shoppers: All Mystery Box orders placed by Sunday January 1st can expect their orders to be shipped by Friday January 13th. Any orders outside of this window may be subject to additional delays.

Our door is always open even though our doors are closed

Customer service inquiries are not readily available during this time. We will be monitoring the Black Edition Mystery Box release and small capacities of email service will be offered for urgent matters regarding Mystery Box orders after the release, but phone services will be unavailable. However, you're more than welcome to submit the requests/questions that you need in the meantime and we'll get back to you ASAP when we return. Customer requests will be processed rapidly and in the order they are received but do keep in mind that it might take a little while to get back to everyone after the holidays.

For any of you with outstanding orders during this holiday break

You are definitely welcome to submit a request to have your order canceled if you are uncomfortable with fulfillment times. By placing an order between the dates of Friday December 23 and January 1st, you acknowledge potential delays to normal fulfillment periods and are not subject to additional compensation because of this.
