A collector piece highlighting 2 decades of passion

On November 14, 2006, the PDGA approved a white midrange called the MD1. It was the first disc to carry the Discmania name, and we count that day as the birth of the brand. From day one, our mission has been to accelerate the evolution of disc golf by delivering exciting, high-quality products and experiences to passionate people around the world. Our vision has never wavered either: to become the world's leading disc golf company.

Twenty Years, Nine Discs

To mark the anniversary, we recreated 9 iconic discs, each from a chapter of our story, into one Collector's Box

S-line MD1, the first Discmania disc (Original release: 2006)

  • The MD1 was our very first mold, approved by the PDGA on November 14, 2006. This is the re-creation of the white S-line first run, using our current Reinvented MD1 mold.

S-line PD, our flagship driver (Original release: 2008)

  • The choice of stamp and color on this one represents the legendary first-run S-line PD, released on July 2, 2008. This first run was made only in yellow and has been a fan favorite ever since. Fans later nicknamed it ''Yellow Gold''.

C-line FD, the fairway driver that opened the world to us (Original release: 2012)

  • The FD is one of our most iconic molds, and we wanted to par the famous Red Italian Blend C-line vibe with the old Discmania Ring stamp for this recreation of our classic Fairway Driver.

Horizon S-line FD3 "Doom Bird" (Original release: 2017)

  • The Doom Bird was created in 2017 and was the first ever Discmania Signature Series disc with a proper signature-style design. Ever since, Discmania Signature discs have been sought after and remain among the most collectible in the industry.

Swirly S-line DD3 "Cloud Breaker" (Original release: 2018)

  • Our all-time best-selling signature disc is the Cloud Breaker, one of the most collected disc golf discs globally. This is a re-created, simplified version of the Cloud Breaker 2 stamp.

Neo Essence, Primal Run (Original release: 2019)

  • The orange Primal run Essence is an elemental part of our history, representing the collaboration that began in 2019 when Latitude 64 started producing the Discmania Evolution line.

D-line P2, the first disc from our own factory (Original release: 2021)

  • Our most iconic putter, featuring the first ever Discmania stamp. This stamp was created before any Discmania molds existed, even before Discmania's logo had a shield. It was originally used on custom orders and on Innova discs.

Metal Flake C-line MD5, European Open edition (Original release: 2023)

  • Represents the long history of the European Open, the longest continuously running European major in disc golf. This Reinvented version of the MD5 was originally released as a prototype fundraiser for the European Open, in Metal Flake C-line plastic.

Q-line Premier DD3 (Original release: 2025)

  • This disc represents the biggest disc golf innovation in years: The Premier Technology, a new step forward for what a disc can be and how far we can push the boundaries of flight.

They are not just products. They are memories you can hold. We don't just sell discs. We sell passion.

And there's still one more surprise waiting inside. Something truly unique, never seen before in any of the boxes, a genuine piece of Discmania history. A "little piece" of our journey that true Discmaniacs will know is something special.

Thank you for twenty incredible years, and thank you for being part of our journey to make disc golf a global sport.

Worth it?

Okay. The idea is great: pieces of history in a shape of discs. Although all the molds are newer Discmania, from Sweden factory. Stamps are all cool and stuff, but these are just molds you could buy from any specialized discs golf stores. Maybe the PD could really be first run PD, Innova made one. But why bother to pay 180€ for it, when you can get one from collectors online, with less than 100 €?

Essence, P2 and MD5 coming with the box just feels like Discmania is trying to get discs sold, with any possible way. You know, some discs are laying around in the warehouse when the supply exceeded the consumption, and it would be nice to get those off...

Then we have "the truly mysterious discs, hopefully some real gem, precious and wanted rare piece of history of Discmania". Sounds a little bit of a scam to me. Case is this: you seem to be paying 180€ for one or two discs, where one of which can be extremely good, and other -depends on your opinions. Others are just discs, discs many throw already, but also discs that many say being worse than original Innova-made discs. I am well aware that you cannot produce those discs anymore, but it won't change it.

Options are simple, if I may propose: 1) You buy the box, the simpler one. Maybe they are good. Maybe I am wrong. I hope to be wrong! 2)You don't buy the box, but wait and see what's inside of it. YouTube is the place to go. What is the "real deal" in there. Then you can use the same 180€ (or less) to buy it online from someone else, if it is truly worthy. You can also just pick-an-choose best discs from the box, 'cause believe me, people are buying these just to resell with higher price. Or course with this maneuver the Discmania, as a seller, won't get any of your money for themselves, but I think they will get all of the boxes sold anyways.

That's all
