Delayed fulfilment on orders placed between Dec 22 & Jan 2nd
If you wish to get order shipped before our holiday break, make sure to place your order by 14:00 EET on Friday, December 22nd. All orders placed after this deadline will be processed once we're back from our holiday break. Our order processing will be right back on from January 2nd onwards, but in case there's high volumes of outstanding orders placed during our holiday break, chances are you might need to wait a few of extra days before we're able to get all outstanding orders processed. Mystery Box order fulfilment will not begin before January 3rd.

Online store is open 24/7, customer service available limitedly
During our holiday break, our online store works as usual, so the break mainly affects just order processing. We also have customer service staff on deck from Wednesday, December 27th to Friday, December 29th, addressing any acute questions you may have. Please note that we will not have any personnel on duty during the holiday and weekend dates (Dec 23-26 & Dec 30 - Jan 1). Inquiries that are not time-sensitive may have to wait until we're fully staffed again, starting from January 2nd.
